Our Verdict
I spent several nights putting the Sofirn SP36 Pro through its paces to see if its massive 8000-lumen output holds up in real-world conditions. This compact beast is designed to flood even the darkest trails with ease, making it a standout tool for outdoor enthusiasts.
Performance & Build Quality
The SP36 Pro features a robust, torch-style metal body that feels dense and durable enough to handle accidental drops during rugged excursions. The use of four SST40 LEDs ensures a consistent and intense beam that maintains its output without feeling flimsy, signaling high-end engineering across the board.
Day-to-Day Experience
Using the SP36 Pro is incredibly straightforward thanks to the integrated USB-C charging, which eliminates the need for bulky external battery docks. While the interface has some advanced features, the core experience is intuitive, allowing you to cycle through brightness levels quickly for different tasks.
This is the perfect flashlight for campers, search-and-rescue hobbyists, or anyone who needs a high-powered light source for emergency preparedness at home.

The Sofirn SP36 Pro earns its 4.95/5 rating by delivering exceptional power in a surprisingly user-friendly package. At $99.00, it is a fantastic investment for anyone who refuses to be left in the dark.
